Workout Wednesday 5/5/2021

I decided to change things up and do a jump rope workout for this week! This one is sure to get your heart rate up and make you sweaty, so be sure to have a water bottle nearby, and take breaks as needed!

  1. jog

  2. jump

  3. single leg hop - right foot

  4. single leg hop - left foot

  5. criss cross

Complete as many or as few rounds as you are able!
