WW 6/15/22 : full body workout

This week’s mini workout is perfect for all fitness levels, and all you need is a pair of dumbbells. Exercises can be made easier or harder by increasing or decreasing weight. You can increase the difficulty of the balance exercise by standing on an unstable surface, such as a pillow or balance cushion.
