WW 8/18/21 : Simple Leg Workout

This week’s workout focuses on the legs, is quite simple, and doesn’t require any equipment.

  1. sprinter start - left

  2. sprinter start - right

  3. squat combo

  4. side lunges

  5. calf raises

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, complete 1-5 rounds.
