WW 8/25/21 : full body dumbbell workout

This week’s mini workout will work your whole body, and all you need is a pair of dumbbells.

  1. quick feet

  2. squats

  3. curl and press

  4. shoulder openers

  5. long arm sit ups

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Repeat 1-5 rounds.
