Happy New Year!

I’m excited to kick of 2021 with the first of a series of fitness challenges to help you stay fit, healthy, and motivated! I will be offering a new challenge each month, and each challenge will include cardio, strength, and nutrition goals. You can complete the challenges on your own or join my accountability group for a small fee. The accountability group offers the chance to win cash prizes at the end of each month and at the end of the year, based upon how many points you accumulate during the challenges. Membership in the group costs $7/month or $60 for the year. The more members we get, the higher the cash prizes will be! (ex, circle the 1 on the 1st day you do 3 sets of 10 squats, the 2 on the 2nd day, etc.).
