Coaching athletes who have never run before is a challenge, but I enjoy helping each athlete to find their potential, and seeing their pride as they accomplish things they didn’t believe they were capable of.

It’s time for women to be empowered to work with their bodies instead of against them, in order to achieve greater success and happiness in everything they choose to put their mind to. And it’s time for everyone to understand and acknowledge that women are not small men!

It may be a long process from start to finish, but the hands-on time is minimal, and the end result is so nourishing and delicious!

Don’t just make a goal, plan the steps to take that will help you achieve the goal.
