I decided that this week’s mini workout would be a plank challenge! This 5 minute ab-burner alternates between plank and side plank, with variations. Get ready to sweat!

0:30 plank (hands)

0:20 side plank - left

0:20 side plank - right

0:30 plank (elbows)

0:20 side plank w/dip - left

0:20 side plank w/dip - right

0:30 tripod plank

0:20 side plank with reach under - left

0:20 side plank with reach under - right

0:30 low -> high plank
