Workout Wednesday 8/5/20

Today we have a quick circuit that doesn’t require any equipment! A mat is recommended, but really all you need is a comfortable floor space you don’t mind sweating on. Some of these exercises aren’t quite beginner-friendly, so I’ve offered modifications at the bottom of the post.

5 exercises, 0:05 rest in between, 0:20 rest between rounds, complete as few or as many rounds as you have time/strength for.

Mini-workout 8/05/20

0:30 jumping jacks

0:30 T push ups*

0:30 squat - lunge combo**

0:30 mountain climbers***

0:30 bent legs jackknife****

Recommended : 3-5 rounds.

MODIFICATIONS

*regular push ups, knee push ups, wall push offs

**squats or lunges

***plank

****crunches or sit ups
