Workout Wednesday 1/27/2021

If you’re like me, you spend a lot of time on the couch when you aren’t working. It’s nice to veg out in front of some shows on Netflix or Hulu after a long day! But exercise is just as important as rest & relaxation, so I designed this week’s mini-workout to be done from the couch! You can do these exercises while watching your favorite show, or sneak them in during commercial breaks/between episodes.

  1. High Knees (let your toes tap the couch on each step-up)

  2. Squats (let your bottom just barely touch the couch behind you)

  3. Tricep Dips ( plant your feet in front of you or let your feet slide as you use your arms to raise and lower yourself)

  4. Side Lunges (rest one foot on the couch, switch halfway through)

  5. Elevated Plank (feet on the couch, hands on the floor)
