WW 7/21/21 : beginner workout

This week’s mini-workout is great for beginners! All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

  1. jumping jacks

  2. side lunges

  3. bicep curls

  4. calf raises

  5. high plank

    Do each exercise for 0:30, and complete 1-5 rounds.

Want more of a challenge? Add weight to the side lunges and calf raises, or complete each exercise for a longer time period.
