Foodie Friday : Spinach Dip

I made this for a get-together we had with some friends recently, and hubs and I may or may not have eaten half of it before anyone else showed up…it was so good, especially with the homemade bread I had also made!

Thaw the spinach in a large skillet, stirring frequently. When thawed, add all other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well. Continue cooking on low-medium heat until all cheese is melted.

All ingredient amounts except for the spinach are approximate. Feel free to play around with the recipe and adjust ingredients according to your personal preferences/taste!

I have been making variations of this spinach dip for many years. I never actually measure anything, and the ingredients vary based on what I have in my fridge. Don’t be afraid to get creative!
